Case Study: Self-Development Organism

How I turned portfolio maintenance into an evolutionary engineering loop

Problem

Portfolio content ages quickly: project claims drift, trust signals become stale, and important work gets omitted. I needed a repeatable way to inspect quality from multiple perspectives, then generate focused next steps.

Approach

I built a biological-inspired Self-Development Organism that analyzes the repository through user, test, system, analytics, debug, and portfolio lenses. Each run emits concrete prompts with acceptance criteria and tracks fitness over generations.

Outcome
